Our typical design process—including survey collection, site analysis, base map creation, and concept development—is usually completed within2 -3weeks after we receive a signed Design Agreement.
The Design Agreement authorizes our team to:
-
Conduct a comprehensive site analysis, noting existing plantings, fencing, setbacks, and other conditions.
-
Walk the property with you to discuss your vision, priorities, and potential budgets for construction.
-
Develop a scaled, detailed design plan that illustrates all elements, dimensions, and perspectives of your finished project.
-
Once the design is approved, we provide a detailed construction proposal to bring your project to life.
-
The fee is customized based on your property size and the scope of work.

Absolutely. We prepare and submit all necessary documents for HOA approval, including licensure and insurance information.
We do not self-perform electrical, gas, or plumbing work, as these trades require specialized licensing. However, we work exclusively with vetted subcontractors and coordinate their schedules and work, so you never have to manage multiple contractors.
We are Registered Landscape Architects in Florida and multiple other states, and Certified Building Contractors in Florida. We also carry all required general liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation insurance.
