Cape Cod Inspired
Naples, Florida
This pool was thoughtfully designed for a small family with children, prioritizing both functionality and playful charm. Departing from the popular rectilinear forms, the curvilinear pool shape adds visual interest and creates a more engaging swimming experience. Sheer descent waterfalls spill gracefully into the pool, adding soothing sound and motion.
Nestled into the corner, the elevated spa features a wide spillway that serves as the visual anchor of the space. The pool’s thick-cut flagstone coping with a chiseled edge pairs beautifully with the surrounding concrete pavers, which mimic the texture and warmth of natural stone.
The landscape design reinforces a coastal, beach-inspired aesthetic, blending native plantings like macho ferns, sea grapes, and dwarf fakahatchee grasses. Under the lanai, a custom-built outdoor kitchen maximizes the use of the builder’s existing gas and plumbing lines, with weatherproof cabinetry and a custom range hood completing the space for effortless entertaining.
