This waterfront Mediterranean estate was showing its age—especially around the failing pool and uneven decking caused by the shifting soils near the Intracoastal. Our team was brought in to revitalize the outdoor experience while respecting the property’s timeless character.

We began by demolishing the compromised surfaces and pouring a new structural concrete sub-deck, providing the necessary stability. From there, we installed mud-set travertine pavers, refreshed the pool with new tile and plaster, and redefined the entire layout with a clean, elegant finish.

To enhance wellness-focused living, we created a synthetic turf patio just outside the owner's private gym—designed specifically for morning yoga and stretching with serene water views.

The classic pool’s infinity edge received a dramatic upgrade. Two large square basins now flank either end, each featuring oversized fire bowls with water that spills in all directions, creating a dynamic and luxurious focal point.

Navigating the property was made safer and more visually appealing with bullnose step treads, custom risers, and integrated landscape lighting that guides the way down to the boat dock.

Finally, the landscaping was refreshed in a traditional style, using structured boxwoods softened by colorful native plantings—bringing formality and vibrancy to this revitalized coastal estate.
