This project transformed a compact space into a multifunctional outdoor retreat. Under the lanai, we installed a fully equipped summer kitchen complete with a bar, multiple refrigerators, an icemaker, and even a dishwasher—perfect for effortless entertaining.

At one end of the patio, a series of elegant water features cascade into the pool, while floating step pads create a striking path to a composite wood deck with chaise loungers. On the opposite side of the lanai, the design shifts to a cozy lounging area. A sleek shade structure extends from the back of the house, featuring a large media wall with a TV and a modern linear fireplace, creating the ultimate outdoor living experience.
