The renovation included a full exterior refresh with rebuilt balconies, new siding, a redesigned driveway, and vibrant tropical landscaping that frames the property with resort-like elegance.

The outdoor spaces were elevated with a tiered, multi-level layout featuring a marble-clad pool deck, sparkling glass tile finishes, a sun shelf, and bold water scuppers flowing into the pool. A dramatic hexagon spa replaces the old structure, designed to complement the pool’s geometry while maximizing panoramic canal views.

Entertaining takes center stage in the sunken outdoor lounge with its custom-built seating, linear fire pit, and fully outfitted kitchen. Above, a louvered pergola with motorized screens and heaters completes this luxury retreat. Recognized for its breathtaking design, the project earned the HGTV People’s Choice Award in 2020.
