Designed as a luxurious escape for a snowbird family, this second home delivers a true resort-style experience. The home’s angular architecture inspired a nautilus shell concept for the pool layout, strategically aligned with a central window visible from the front entry. The expansive pool curves around a circular, sunken firepit lounge. On the far side of the pool, floating step pads lead to a second sunken living space—complete with a full bar, media wall, heaters, and swim-up seating.

A shallow sun shelf cascades into an infinity edge, capturing sweeping views of the lake and the 18th hole’s island green. Brushed marble pavers, synthetic turf accents, and tropical landscaping with dramatic lighting elevate the design, while a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen offers ample space for dining and relaxation.
