The luxury outdoor kitchen and bar anchor the transformation. Full porcelain slabs clad the kitchen’s faces, complemented by European designer tile on the backsplash and a commanding 72-inch ventilation hood finished in custom microcement plaster selected for outdoor exposure. Overhead, an architectural composition of soffits and tongue-and-groove ceiling planks introduces rhythm and warmth, giving the entertaining space the presence of a thoughtfully designed interior.

The renovated pool and spa continue this restrained aesthetic. Sleek porcelain pavers and coordinating coping unify the deck, while an eight-inch downturned, mitered porcelain edge replaces conventional waterline tile for a crisp European finish.
