Lighting that comes alive at dusk.
A landscape is two designs — the one you see by daylight and the one that emerges after the sun drops. Lighting is what makes the second one real. We design lighting as a discipline of its own, treated as carefully as the planting, the pool, the hardscape. As an authorized Coastal Source dealer and certified installer, we build with weather-sealed fixtures engineered to hold their finish through the salt air, humidity, and hurricane seasons of coastal Florida.
What we design.
Path & accent lighting
Low-profile path lights, downlight washes from canopies, accent wash on architectural features. Designed to highlight, never to glare.
Specimen uplighting
Mature trees, palms, banyans, and feature plantings uplit from below. Light comes from where the eye does not expect it.
Pool & underwater
Color-tunable LED submersibles, fiber-optic accents, niche-mounted floods. Pool lighting designed in concert with the pool itself.
Fire-feature integration
Lighting around fire features that complements, never competes. Halo lighting under fire bowls, soft accent wash on adjacent surrounds.
Smart-home integration
Lutron, Control4, Crestron — all major smart-home platforms. Schedule-based, scene-based, app-controlled, or fully automated.
Common questions.
What outdoor lighting systems do you install?
We are an authorized Coastal Source dealer and certified installer — fully weather-sealed, marine-grade fixtures and one of the most durable outdoor lighting and audio systems built for the coast. The same platform carries discreet, high-fidelity landscape audio, so light and sound are designed as one system, not added on after.
What lighting technology do you use?
LED across the board — color-tunable, dimmable, low-voltage. Halogen and fiber optic only where the project specifically calls for them.
Do you integrate with smart-home systems?
Yes. Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant — we design lighting to be controllable through whatever platform the home runs on. Scene-based programming is standard.
How long does a lighting installation take?
Standalone lighting projects typically two to four weeks. When folded into a larger build, lighting installation is the final phase before walkthrough.
Do you maintain the systems after installation?
Yes — we offer ongoing maintenance contracts for fixture replacement, transformer servicing, and re-aiming as the landscape grows.
