This Florida renovation was designed with one goal in mind: to transform the property into a high-end AirBNB retreat perfect for families visiting the Gulf Coast. The existing 1980s pool was reimagined with a clean, contemporary layout—adding a shallow sun shelf with LED bubblers on one end and a raised spa with a tiered spillover on the other. Brushed white marble decking and neutral-toned waterline tile lend a crisp, timeless finish.To ensure comfort year-round, a hurricane-rated shade structure was installed, housing a full outdoor kitchen, TV, and lounge area. Framed by a screen enclosure with panoramic openings and tropical landscaping, the space is equal parts stylish and functional—offering guests a true Florida escape.
