Functional Refresh

This stunning Spanish-style residence had all the architectural charm but lacked functional garage space. To meet the owners' needs, we seamlessly integrated a new two-car garage on the left side of the property, ensuring it complemented the existing structure in both scale and style. The driveway was completely redesigned using coquina shell pavers and soft synthetic turf banding, creating a clean, elegant aesthetic that balances the expanded footprint with natural texture. To support the upgrades, we regraded the site and installed new drainage and irrigation systems, setting the stage for lush, thriving tropical landscaping throughout. At the heart of the property, a long linear pool anchors a dramatic courtyard experience. As it stretches toward the far edge of the lot, the pool concludes with a vanishing edge that appears to spill effortlessly into the expansive lake beyond, a captivating design moment that makes the entire space feel like a serene escape.
