This luxury home in a prestigious North Dallas neighborhood offered a cozy, intimate yard—perfect for a design that highlights detail and sophistication. Knaak Design Group aimed to echo the home’s architectural richness throughout the pool and outdoor living spaces. A custom accent wall serves as the pool’s focal point, featuring a handcrafted family medallion framed by six elegant water scuppers.To ensure material harmony, the pool, spa, and planters were finished with custom precast coping, detailed with an ogee bullnose edge for a refined touch. Under the covered porch, a striking limestone-clad fireplace anchors the outdoor living area, complete with a full kitchen and ample dining space. Matching limestone detailing ties the design to the home’s architecture, while gray slate pavers throughout the pool deck, walkways, and driveway add a timeless, upscale finish.
