Our work.

Knäak Design Group is a Florida-licensed landscape architecture practice. Rob Knaak is a Registered Landscape Architect. The website describes our work, services, and process. Inquiries submitted through the site do not create a contractual relationship - that requires a separate signed agreement scoping the engagement.

Content ownership.

All site content - photographs, drawings, written material, design vocabulary - is owned by Knäak Design Group or licensed for our use. Site content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Photography credits.

Project photography on this site documents work completed by Knäak Design Group. Where projects involved collaboration with architects, builders, or interior designers, those collaborations occurred under separate contractual relationships and the photography credits apply only to landscape-architecture scope.

No warranty.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep information current and accurate, but content may include errors or omissions and may be updated at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knäak Design Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to us for services, if any.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

Updates.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
